Piku is free forever for individuals, every feature included. Team features come later.
Which Mac do I need?
A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer.
What languages does it understand?
German and English at launch, with more to follow.
Which apps does it work in?
Any app with a text cursor — editors, terminals, browsers, chat, email.
Is it on the Mac App Store?
No — you download Piku directly from piku.studio. App Store apps aren’t allowed to type into other apps, and that’s Piku’s whole job.
Does Escape delete my recording?
Never — Escape saves and transcribes without pasting, so a long dictation is never lost.
